Purpose
Ethan's Army exists so that the African American neuro-diverse community can connect to fun, social development and enlightenment opportunities that center our history; increase our knowledge on how to navigate regional, school and health systems; and ignite a sense of purpose and confidence to support Our young people's connection to a working environment.
Mission
Ethan's Army Social Enterprise (EASE) creates and develops social engagement, advocacy, and development opportunities for the African American neuro-diverse community through culturally centered events, navigation Of services, and skill based fellowships to build confidence and increase professional development among our community.
Vision
- The neuro-diverse population integrating with the community to socialize and work with the typical developing population to build a sense of accomplishment, fulfillment, purpose being met, satisfaction.
- We would decrease isolation in Our community, young people would feel like they are living in a world and in spaces that are built for neuro-diverse and typical population to belong together.
- If we can accomplish all of this we will help build the confidence and social/professional development for the neuro-diverse population and the world at large.
